AI-augmented Engineers

I recently had the opportunity to connect with the first-year and sophomore students at VIT Chennai during their hackathon event. I used this session to share my thoughts on the gap between what academia teaches and the expectations of the industry when graduates step out.

I’m sharing the presentation I used here; it was heartening to see how well it was received, with plenty of thoughtful questions and discussions afterward. I truly enjoyed the energy and eagerness of the students to prepare themselves for the real world.
